My trip to Vegas was a first for a college trip with just the girls. The dichotomy for the city was one of the most interesting parts. Day time vacationers consisted of the parents pushing strollers we encountered on our way to the pool. The restaurants were full and casinos had a more relaxed and laid back crowd.Night time was a different story. The bars were open till 4 or 5 and here is where we experienced a whole new part of Vegas. I won't go into details but boys and girls were very interested in meeting each other. (wink wink)
I wanted my field note photos to suggest the opposite of what night and day brought. I also wanted to experience different textures and color combinations, as that is what I think my designs could use a lot more of.
